Izzie's 2nd Birthday - Barney

I guess Barney is still pretty popular with the little ones. Izzie who was turning 2 last Sunday adores Barney, so her mom Kasia asked if we could make her a Barney cake to help celebrate.


This 2 tiered chocolate fudge cake is filled with a raspberry curd and vanilla mousse filling.
 
 
All details on this cake are made with fondant including Barney who is jumping out of the top tier to surprise Izzie. 
 

We gave Izzie a garden of bright flowers under a cheerful sun with blue skies, fluffy white clouds and a bright rainbow.

    Thank you so much Mary & Mel! The cake was delicious! Izabella was so thrilled to see Barney be a party of her special day. She still asks if she can have some more Barney cake. Thank you again, the detail on the cake and flavor was amazing.
