Noah's Ark Baby Shower Cake

Here's the 2nd of the baby shower cakes we made this past weekend!  Our client Mary loved the previous Noah's Ark we made and asked if we could make one for her sister-in-law Nadine who is expecting a little bundle of joy soon and has a cute animal themed nursery.

The ocean is made up of 2 10x10" square alternating choc & vanilla cakes layered with custard. The ark is also alternating layers of choc & vanilla cakes with custard filling made from 2 oval pans and shaped. The top part of the ark is vanilla cake.  All the animals are made from fondant with a little tylose. We love making this cake especially since it's for such a precious occasion.
