Oh Lordy Look Who's 40!

This next cake was also for the 16th of August for my BFF's son, who my hubby also confirmed, who turned 40. My time flies! A few friends and family gathered to help Fred celebrate in 80's fashion. Marisa, Fred's mom, requested the cake to be in the shape of Fred's favourite drink.

The slab cake is in our favourite flavor, chocolate Guinness filled with white chocolate mousse, and shaped to look like a bottle of Crown Royal.  Which seems a little funny cause it probably should have tasted like Crown Royal......oh well. All details are done in fondant with the label being an edible print.
