The 2 tiers were made up of lemon cake filled with a fresh lemon curd topped with vanilla mousse.
The bottom tier is covered in a 50/50 mix of gum paste and fondant graduated pink ruffles. The top tier is covered in a soft pink fondant with royal icing scroll work.
The single pink Peony is made from gum paste.
