Quinceanera Cake fit for a Princess
This cake by request from a friend whom we have made many cakes for. A couple of years ago we made her nieces Quinceanera cake - pink pillows with blue high heel shoe and now her younger niece turned 15. The request was a Cinderella themed cake in the birthday girls favourite colour HOT PINK.
All 3 tiers are vanilla cake filled with vanilla mousse and fresh strawberries. The princess topper and carriage were supplied by the birthday girl's Mom.
